Our Story
We are two firefighter brothers, Jordan and Tyler Lang, are the founders of Heat Straps LLC. We started our company in 2018 selling fire equipment with our namesake product, Heat Straps, and are excited to have expanded into a heritage American workwear clothing company. All of our products are proudly made in the USA, and are built for work. We are passionate about the clothing we design, giving back to our firefighting community, and are committed to donating to charity.

Our goal is to create heritage workwear reminiscent of a bygone era. A time when a handshake and your word were as good as any contract, and the words "American Made" were synonymous with the best in the world.
The workwear we create at Heat Straps aims to be traditional in look and feel, utilizing materials and designs which have served the hard working people who built this country well. Sourced and built in the USA, this is heritage American workwear. We embrace rugged, patriotic American individualism.

Our Team & Process
SKILLED CRAFTSMAN MAKING SMALL BATCH CLOTHING.
Our team consists of 5-7 skilled artisans who carefully craft each Heat Straps piece by hand in our factory located in New Jersey. To source our materials, we partner with the very best wool and textile manufacturers in the USA.
We believe in using high quality, specially sourced materials in our workwear, and sometimes those are hard to come by in large quantities. For this reason, we produce small batches of each of our items.

MEET JORDAN
Jordan created Heat Straps while in the fire academy when he realized there was a need for improved safety and efficiency when donning and doffing fire gloves. He loves being a firefighter and working with his brother to bring you the highest quality products!
MEET TYLER
Tyler is a third generation career firefighter after following in his father and grandfather’s footsteps. He has a passion to help others and to be of service. Both professionally and personally Tyler values quality products and together, he and his brother started Heat Straps to improve functionality on the Fireground and beyond.
