Can I exchange for a different size?
Absolutely! We want to make sure you get laced up with the correct size for you. If you choose to purchase "Checkout+" during checkout, along with the core Package Protection you can rest assured that Return Labels for size exchanges will be free of any additional charges. We invested in a sophisticated Exchange Portal so that you can shop with confidence!
Can I get a full refund?
We offer a refund if you choose to accept a store credit. If you choose to have the money go back on your original payment method, then we take a 5% restocking fee.
Why is there a restocking feee?
For us, this was a tough business decision, but one that we stand behind. In order to mitigate loss and economic stress a restocking fee helps us offset many variables associated with stock that is removed from sales opportunities.
